Why?

The problem

After years of growth, the company had outgrown its current automation. The placement process had become inefficient and time-consuming. Furthermore, the various brands within the group operated with different processes and technologies, leading to various undesirable side effects. The challenge was to integrate the placement activities, improve the processes, and modernize the technology.

Key questions for ImpactWork focused on:

Our solution

On behalf of ImpactWork, Rogier and Jildert jointly fulfilled the role of Chief Digital/IT Officer. We first worked on the short-term development of the freelance platform and increasing the influx of independent healthcare professionals by working closely with the business teams. Subsequently, we were able to work more from the digital transformation roadmap towards the future. During the program, we brought in specialists such as an IT project manager, product owner, and UX researcher. Together with the HighCare team, we worked side by side to realize the change.

Not just words, Action.
